  • Contributed towards preparing the constitution and basic laws for companies, banks, private ownership and privatization for Kazakhstan at the request of the President.

 Contributed towards the establishment of several universities, faculties, Postgraduate studies, and the likes (examples: International Islamic University of Islamabad, Pakistan, Nur Sultan Mubarak Islamic university in Al Mata, Kazakhstan.

  • Reviewed and approved the translation of the Holy Quran into Russian language at the request of the Academy of Islamic Research, Al Azhar University. Cairo.
  • Headed and supervised the grand plan of translating 200 Islamic books into different languages.
